The outdoor advertising (troll, cards) and similar informers in social networks Facebook; the organization of the protests action involving patients outside the Cabinet of Ministers; the media support of «Black Tuesday» action is the expiration day of purchases.
Thanks to a large-scale information campaign during the night before the «Black Tuesday» action the Cabinet of Ministers carried out the purchase of medicines on 30 lots that increased the number of purchases to 35%. It is almost twice more, than for all work of the Ministry for the previous 21 days.
